All orders are processed within 3 business days orders placed after 7 AM Central Standard Time will began the processing process the following business day. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. To ship standard 3 to 7 business days. To ship economy 7 to 10 business days. No international shipping, we ship to US addresses only. For order updates check email notification with a tracking number please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available. Bill Douglas Coffee is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim. No refunds will be issues on any items when marked as shipped.
